Fully Inspected
Every pipe dimensionally checked and verified. No sampling, no exceptions.

A family business since 1964, Hebeish Group is Egypt's pioneer in thermoplastic pipes and hoses — serving pressure, drainage, cable protection and automotive cabling applications across five factories and 15+ production lines. PolyGrande is the Hebeish Group brand dedicated to HDPE structured wall pipes for gravity, sewerage, drainage and stormwater applications.

Sewerage · Drainage · Stormwater · DN500-DN1600 in Egypt · Up to DN3200 via mobile factory and/or partnership

Bends · Manholes · Inspection chambers · Tanks · Backdrops · Built to project drawings

Pipeline installation · Extrusion welding · Site supervision · EN 1610 acceptance testing
Every pipe leaves our factory inspected, certified and traceable - manufactured to DIN 16961 and EN 13476 using virgin PE100 HDPE. The result is a pipeline with a guaranteed 100-year service life.
Every pipe dimensionally checked and verified. No sampling, no exceptions.
HDPE does not corrode. Zero chemical degradation in standard sewerage conditions.
Both international norms for structured wall HDPE pipe, met on every batch.

Certified virgin compound only - no recycled blends, fully traceable batch to site.
PolyGrande pipes are available with three connection methods to suit site conditions, diameter, and project specification. All joints are tested to EN 1610 for leak-free performance.
A continuous bead of molten HDPE fuses the pipe ends together, creating a monolithic joint as strong as the pipe wall itself.
The spigot end of one pipe is pushed into the socket of the next, with a custom-made rubber gasket creating a watertight seal.
A threaded coupling ring engages with matching pipe ends to create a mechanical joint for access, maintenance, or special system details.

Large enough to work inside. Strong enough to last a century.
Use the published PolyGrande tables to estimate recommended ring stiffness or maximum pipe depth. Results depend on internal diameter, soil type, execution, and trench width.
The installation will be in accordance with the Egyptian Code of Practice (ECP) for water and drainage pipelines. The ECP recommendations include, but are not limited to, compaction requirements for backfill material so compaction is executed in layers, each at least moderately compacted.
Kindly note that this is a recommendation. The following type and size of pipe must be reviewed and approved by the design consultant and/or contractor.
