A family business since 1964, Hebeish Group is Egypt's pioneer in thermoplastic pipes and hoses — serving pressure, drainage, cable protection and automotive cabling applications across five factories and 15+ production lines. PolyGrande is the Hebeish Group brand dedicated to HDPE structured wall pipes for gravity, sewerage, drainage and stormwater applications.

Pipe Connections

Three ways to join.

PolyGrande pipes are available with three connection methods to suit site conditions, diameter, and project specification. All joints are tested to EN 1610 for leak-free performance.

Extrusion Welding

A continuous bead of molten HDPE fuses the pipe ends together, creating a monolithic joint as strong as the pipe wall itself.

The spigot end of one pipe is pushed into the socket of the next, with a custom-made rubber gasket creating a watertight seal.

Use the published PolyGrande tables to estimate recommended ring stiffness or maximum pipe depth. Results depend on internal diameter, soil type, execution, and trench width.

The installation will be in accordance with the Egyptian Code of Practice (ECP) for water and drainage pipelines. The ECP recommendations include, but are not limited to, compaction requirements for backfill material so compaction is executed in layers, each at least moderately compacted.

Kindly note that this is a recommendation. The following type and size of pipe must be reviewed and approved by the design consultant and/or contractor.
